I know a lot of people get married on or around Valentine’s Day. You might initially think of traditional red roses, lace, lots of ribbon and hearts, etc. Here are some modern, elegant and fun wedding accessories for a Valentine’s Day event. Think hot pink mixed with red, white and black!

This is a stunning and unexpected combination and I just love it! The turquoise gives the dark colors a bit of a pop. You could use the butterflies on the cake as well as “flying” around the centerpieces. The colorful glass rocks would be fun inside of vases, but also scattered around the center of the tables.

This color scheme is romantic and earthy, perfect for a fall wedding! I love the softness of the green and ivory with the brown. I know that brown has become a trendy wedding color over the past few years, but I think pairing it with softer colors makes it elegant.

I love all the synonyms people use for brown. Maybe they don’t think brown sounds classy enough! Some of my favs are mocha, chocolate, cocoa, coffee and espresso. It’s interesting that they’re all food-related too! Other words for green include sage, celadon, olive, moss, kiwi and pine.
